THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF SALE APPLY TO OVERSEAS BUYERS.
1. MINIMUM ORDER R500
2. Payment in advance. Orders will only be executed when money to cover the costs is received. Cheques will no longer be accepted. Kindly send a bank draft or arrange for money to be sent through our bankers.
3. Plants must be sent by airmail.
4. PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE compulsory for all plant exports @ R220 per order.
5. SHEILAM cannot be held responsible for any losses in the post. Where possible we suggest the client pays for insurance (2% of value to a maximum of R2000 value of contents). Unfortunately not possible to all countries.
6. SHEILAM cannot be held responsible for plant losses incurred due to undue delay in traveling time or delay in release of plants at customs.
